67. Edward Francis3 McMahon (John Enoch2, Edward Matthew1) was born in WI August 9, 1872. Edward died April 9, 1930 in Webster, Hamilton Cty, IA, at 57 years of age. His body was interred April 10, 1930 in Graceland, IA.

He married Mary Frawley in Doylestown, Columbia Cty, WI, February 8, 1893. Mary was born in Otsego, Columbia Cty, WI February 21, 1872. Mary was the daughter of Patrick Frawley and Ann Kehoe. Mary died November 27, 1947 in Sun Prairie, Dane Cty, WI, at 75 years of age. Her body was interred November 29, 1947 in St. Patrick's Church Cemetery, Doylestown, WI. Wisconsin State Journal November 29, 1947 Mrs. Mary McMahonMrs. Mary McMahon, 75, died Thursday night at a Sun Prairie nursing home. Survivors include four sons, E. P. McMahon, Sun Prairie; Richard, Lake Mills; Roy, Kansas City, and Melvin, Blue Island, Ill.; a daughter, Mrs. John Kehoe, Doylestown, and several grandchildren. The body was taken to the Thompson funeral home, Doylestown, and burial will be at Doylestown where Mrs. McMahon was a long-time resident but funeral services will be at the Rio Catholic church because the Doylestown church is undergoing repairs. The rites will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Joseph Vaillancourt, O.M.I., pastor of St. Patrick's parish, Doylestown, will officiate. Columbus Journal Republican December 4, 1947 Mrs. M. McMahon Dies in Sun Prairie Doylestown - Mrs. Mayme McMahon, former Doylestown resident, died in Sun Prairie on Thursday, Nov. 27, after an illness of many years. She was 75 years of age. Funeral services were held from St. Joseph's Catholic church in Rio on Saturday morning, Nov 29 at 9:30 a.m. with the Rev Fr. Joseph Vaillancourt O.M.I. officiating. Internment was in St. Patrick's cemetery in Doylestown. The following men acted as pallbearers: Leo Kennedy, Thomas Lynch, Patrick Mallon, Harry Kirley, Joseph Yonkee and John Mallon. Members of St. Patrick's Altar Society, Doylestown attended in body. Mrs. McMahon had been a member for many years. Mrs. McMahon, formerly Mayme Frawley was born in town of Otsego on February 21, 1872, the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Frawley. She spent her early years in Doylestown, except for her last years which she spent with her children and at the nursing home in Sun Prairie where she passed away. On Feb 8, 1892 she married Edward McMahon, who preceded her in death. Seven children were born to this union, Melvin McMahon, Blue Island, Illinois, Adeline, Mrs. Herman Ehrhardt, who passed away in 1933, Ervin McMahon of Sun Prairie, Richard McMahon of Cambridge, Irene, Mrs. John Kehoe of Doylestown, Orville McMahon who passed away in 1930 and Roy McMahon in the southern states. Besides her children that survive there are also 16 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Those who attended the funeral from away were Mr. and Mrs. Melvin McMahon, Mr. and Mrs. Early McMahon, and Mr. and Mrs. Stanley LaHulchek of Blue Island, Illinois, Mrs. Lillian Dalhke of Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Ehrhardt, of Cudahy, Mr. and Mrs. Richard McMahon of Cambridge, Mrs. And Mrs. Ervin McMahon of Sun Prairie, Mrs. Generose Sonnenberg of Beaver Dam, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kirley of Madison, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Packel, Mr. F.J. Connors and Mr. Powers of Columbus Edward boarded the train one day an left for Aberdeen, SD and was married another woman and had two more children.

child 153 vi. Orville Joseph McMahon was born in Doylestown, Columbia Cty, WI May 27, 1908. Orville died March 6, 1930 in Doylestown, Columbia Cty, WI, at 21 years of age. His body was interred March 8, 1930 in St. Patrick's Church Cemetery, Doylestown, WI. Rio Journal March 13, 1930 YOUNG MAN IS KILLED BY TRAIN O.J. McMahon Is Killed By Speeding Passenger at Doylestown The death of Orville J. McMahon came as a shock to the Doylestown community Thursday afternoon, when he was accidentally killed by train No. 17 on the Thompson street crossing. He died almost instantly, suffering an injury on the side of his head and many broken bones. Orville was the son of Mr. and Mrs. E.F. McMahon, and was born in the village of Doylestown, May 27, 1908. He was liked for his good nature, courtesy and kind disposition and was a brilliant student. After finishing the ninth grade in Doylestown graded school, he continued his studies at Fall River where in the Junior year his health failed compelling him to leave school, but he made up the work during vacation under private tutors. He returned to school in the senior year only to be again stricken with anemia in January, an has since been in declining health at home and in various hospitals. The deceased is survived by his parents, two sisters, Adeline, Mrs. H.H. Ehrhardt; and Irene, Mrs. John Kehoe, and four brothers, Ervine in Beaver Dam, Roy and Melvin in Chicago and Richard at home. The funeral services were held at St. Patrick's church Saturday morning Rev. Father Schmitt officiating. The church was filled with sympathetic relatives and friends. The pall bearers were Harry Kirley, Patrick Breen, Arthur Kirley, John Mallon, J.J. Kennedy and James J. Kirley. Among those from a distance present at the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. William McMahon, daughter, Mary, son Ralph, Mr. and Mrs. Hans Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Paul McMahon, Portage; Roy and Melvin McMahon, Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Ervine McMahon, Beaver Dam; Mr. and Mrs. Eavor and John E McMahon, Will Doyle, Rms. Maude Koepke, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Packel, Mrs. M Griffin, Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Frawley, Mrs. Louis Setz, daughter, Doris and son Eugene, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Groening, Columbus; Mrs. J. Collins, Mrs. W. Twomy, Miss Tillie Kietzkie, Mrs. A. Knaak and son Lloyd, Fall River; and Mr. and Mrs. A.P. McMahon, Portage.
