260. Patricia Agnes⁵ McMahon (John Forester⁴, Stephen James³, John Enoch², Edward Matthew¹) was born in Cornell, Chippewa Cty, WI June 16, 1938. Patricia died April 29, 1986 in Bloomer, Chippewa Cty, WI, at 47 years of age. Her body was interred May 2, 1986 in North Catholic Cemetery.

She married Roger W. Bischel in Bloomer, Chippewa Cty, WI, May 9, 1959. Roger was born in Bloomer, Chippewa Cty, WI July 13, 1938. Roger was the son of Oscar John Bischel and Ida Honora Dietsche. Roger died July 16, 2004 in Bloomer, Chippewa Cty, WI, at 66 years of age. His body was interred July 21, 2004 in St. Paul's Catholic Cemetery. Roger was born on July 13, 1938, in Bloomer, Wis., to Oscar and Ida (Dietsche) Bischel. He graduated from Bloomer High School in 1956. Roger married Patricia McMahon on May 9, 1959, at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Bloomer. He farmed in the Woodmohr area all of his life. He was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church, a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus and served on the Woodmohr town board advisory committee. Roger is survived by eight children, Brian (Mary) Bischel of Hartland, Wis., Jeffrey Bischel of Eau Claire, Michael (Julie) Bischel of Menomonie, Kathleen (Mark) Swan of Prescott, Jon (Tammy) Bischel of Bloomer, Jarrod (Mary Jo) Bischel of Bloomer, Matthew (Lucita) Bischel of Crystal, Minn., and Roberta Bischel of Nampa, Idaho; brothers, LaVerne (Marcy) Bischel of Greendale, Wis.; Kirby (Jean) Bischel of Georgetown, Kentucky, and Floyd Bischel of Winona, Minn. Roger is also survived by 11 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Patricia; sister-in-law Barbara Bischel. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2004, at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Bloomer, with Father Al Sonnberger officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul’s North Catholic Cemetery, Bloomer. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 20, 2004 at the Schriver Funeral Chapel, Bloomer, where there will be an 8 p.m. Christian wake service. Chippewa Herald Telegram April 30, 1986 Bischel Patricia Bischel, 47, Route 3, Bloomer, died Tuesday, April 29 at her home. She was born June 16, 1938 in Cornell, the daughter of Mary (Tice) and John McMahon, Patricia spend four years in Donald, Taylor County. She attended St. Paul's Catholic School, Bloomer, and graduated from Bloomer High School. She worked at Armor and Company in Bloomer and at St. Joseph's Hospital, Chippewa Falls. Patricia was united in marriage to Roger Bischel on May 9, 1959 at St. Paul's Catholic Church, Bloomer. She was a member of St. Paul's Rosary and Altar Society, Prayer Group, Garden Club and was a C.C. D. teacher for many years. Surviving are her husband; six sons, Brian Bischel of Racine, Jeffrey Bischel of Orlando, Fla., Michael Bischel of Jefferson and Jonathon, Jarrod and Matthew Bischel, all of Bloomer; two daughters, Kathleen and Roberta Bischel, both of Bloomer; and mother of Bloomer. She was preceded in death by her father on May 27, 1985. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at St. Paul's Catholic church with the Rev. Thomas E. Langer officiating. Sister Phyllis Kernz S.S.N.D will deliver the homily. Burial will be in North Catholic cemetery, Bloomer. Pallbearers will be sons. Friends may call 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Driscoll Funeral Home, Bloomer, where the Rosary and Altar Society will recite the rosary at 4 p.m. and a wake service will be held at 8 p.m.
