6. Philip H2 McMahon (Edward Matthew1) was born in Ireland 1824. Philip died August 3, 1910 in Wyocena, Columbia Cty, WI, at 86 years of age. His body was interred August 5, 1910 in St. Patrick's Church Cemetery, Doylestown, WI.

He married Ann Murphy. Ann was born in Ireland 1834. Badger Blade, Rio August 11, 1910 Phillip McMahon an esteemed and highly respected citizen of Wyocena died Aug. 3, 1910 at his home near Wyocena at an advanced age. Mr. McMahon was born in Ireland and moved to Wisconsin while very young and has made Columbia Co. his home ever since. A highly respected citizen whose jovial disposition endeared him to all who knew him. He was buried at St. Patrick's cemetery in Doylestown. Father Norton officiated at the Requiem High Mass and at the grave. His daughter, Mrs. Logen and her daughter, Fanny, of Chicago, Chas. Crinion of Beaver Dam and Mr. and Mrs. Murphy of Columbus attended the funeral.

child 32 v. Peter McMahon was born in Doylestown, Columbia Cty, WI April 25, 1872. Peter died November 27, 1945 in Pardeeville, Columbia Cty, WI, at 73 years of age. He married Myrtle McDonald February 16, 1936. Pardeeville-Wyocena Times November 29, 1945 Born at Doylestown; Was Resident of This Community for 45 years Peter McMahon Passes Away Tuesday, Nov. 27 Peter McMahon, a resident of Pardeeville and the town of Wyocena since about 1900, passed away at his home here Tuesday morning, Nov. 27th, 1945 at four o’clock after a brief illness following a heart attack, at the age of 73 years. Peter was born at Doylestown April 25, 1872, and when a young man moved to the town of Wyocena where he came to Pardeeville and has made his home here since. He was the son of the late Philip and Ann Murphy McMahon. On Feb. 16th 1936, Mr. McMahon was married to Mrs. Myrtle McDonald who survives him, as does one brother, John, and one sister, Mrs. (Agnes) John Oliver of this city. A familiar figure in Pardeeville for nearly half a century, Peter has been variously employed as a farm hand, and was also employed for some time as a railroad laborer. Funeral services were held here at St. Mary’s church at ten o’clock this morning in charge of Rev. Bernard Doyle, and funeral arrangements were in charge of L.J. Lintner. Burial took place at Doylestown. Acting as pall bearers were Bernard Ryan, Roy Hughes, George Oliver, Leo Krueger, Reuben Rounday and Wm. McMahon.

child 33 vi. Mary Ann McMahon was born in Otsego, Columbia Cty, WI November 16, 1874. Mary died December 30, 1933 in Pardeeville, Columbia Cty, WI, at 59 years of age. Pardeeville-Wyocena Times January 11, 1934 Mary Ann McMahon was born in the town of Otsego on November 16, 1874 and died December 30, 1933. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip McMahon, both of whom preceded her in death. When a child, she lived with her parents on a farm in Otsego, moving from there to a farm in the town of Wyocena. For the past sixteen years has lived with a brother in Pardeeville. For the past four months, she has suffered from a stroke which caused her death at the age of 59 years, 1 month and 14 days. She leaves to mourn her loss, two sisters and three brothers: Mrs. E. Logan of Chicago, Mrs. John Oliver of Pardeeville, Edward of Portage, John and Peter of Pardeeville. One sister, Alice died in 1902. Besides the immediate family she leaves two nephews and a number of cousins. She was a very good Christian, always faithful to her religion and will be missed by those who knew her. Funeral services were held from St. Mary’s Catholic church in Pardeeville. Internment was in the Doylestown cemetery

child 34 vii. Bridget McMahon was born 1875. Bridget died June 25, 1875 at less than one year of age.

child 35 viii. Alice McMahon was born in Wisconsin August 16, 1877. Alice died May 29, 1902 in Rio, Columbia Cty, WI, at 24 years of age. She married Dan Ryan.
