John William Gustafson and Mary Lou Dionne had the following children:

554 iii. Cathy Ann Gustafson was born in Menominee, Menominee Cty, MI April 9, 1964. Cathy died February 22, 1985 in Menominee, Menominee Cty, MI, at 20 years of age. Her body was interred February 26, 1985 in Riverside Cemetery, Menominee, MI. She married Bradley M Wurth. Marinette Eagle Star February 25, 1985 Cathy G. Wurth Private family services for Cathy Wurth, Menominee resident who died Friday, will be held Tuesday at the Kell-Walker Funeral Home. The Rev. Patrick Wisneski will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. The former Cathy Gustafson was born April 9, 1964, in Menominee. She graduated from Menominee High School in 1982. She was a member of Holy Spirit Church and had worked as a waitress at Riverside Country Club. Surviving are her parents, John and Mary Gustafson of Menominee; two sisters, Mrs. Cynthia Renier of San Diego, Calif. And Cheryl Finkler of Menominee; two brothers, John and Timothy of Menominee, and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Gustafson of Menominee. A memorial fund has been established. (Cathy was tragically killed by her estranged husband.)
