He married Eleanor Beata Cedarlund August 28, 1937. Eleanor was born in Grand Rapids, Kent Cty, MI September 26, 1913. Eleanor died July 8, 1990 in Kentwood, MI, at 76 years of age.

Robert Clarence Todish and Eleanor Beata Cedarlund had the following child:
