Raygo, Sr., 59, of 2012 17th Street, Menominee passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 1996 at his home. The son of Francis and Delores (Phelps) Raygo was born March 29, 1937 in Marinette. He married the former Pearl Lieburn on February 19, 1955 in Marinette. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 28 years during the Korean and Vietnam conflicts. He worked as a clerk at the Menominee post office for the past 10 years. He was a member of Resurrection Church and a Eucharist Minister at the church. He was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Mary in 1962. He is survived by his wife Pearl; 2 daughters, Mrs. Ed (Stacey) Brodbeck of Menominee, Mrs. John (Maria) Maccoux of Sheboygan, Wisconsin.; 1 son, George Jr. (Debbie) of Menominee; 9 grandchildren; 3 sisters, Ruth Brabender of Wittenburg, Wisconsin, Gloria MacKenzie of Marinette and Romana Perlish of Vancouver, Washington; 3 brothers, Roger of Waukesha, Wisconsin, Joe and James of Marinette, Wisconsin. Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at Kell-Walker Funeral home. Wake service at 5:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be said at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at Resurrection church. Fr. Dino Silvestrini will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery.
