207. Sally A.4 Slawinski (Marcella3 Todish, Thomas2, Martin1) was born in Menominee, Menominee Cty, MI June 15, 1943. Sally died June 18, 2008 in Green Bay, Brown Cty, WI, at 65 years of age.
She married James Meineke in Menominee, Menominee Cty, MI, October 5, 1963. Peshtigo Times June 2008 Sally A. Meineke Sally A. Meineke, 65, of Green Bay died Wednesday, June 18.
Born June 15, 1943, in Menominee, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Marcella (Toddish) Slawinski.
On Oct. 5, 1963, she married Jim Meineke in Menominee, Mi. She worked as a special education teacher’s assistant for the Pulaski School District before her retirement. She was a longtime member of Living Hope Church, Green Bay and her enjoyment in life was working with children and supporting missionaries around the world. She and her husband traveled throughout the midwest and Canada and enjoyed spending time at their cabin on Whitefish Lake.
She is survived by her husband, Jim; four children, Kelly, Todd, Carin and Cathy; two grandchildren; two brothers and a sister, Joe (Judy) Slawinski, Bucky (Gail) Slawinski and Mrs. Mel (Joanne) Kiefer; her mother-in-law, Dorothy Meineke and two sisters-in-law, Kay Libertore and Irene Slawinski.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial visitation was held at Living Hope Church, Green Bay on Sunday, June 22, from 2 p.m. until time of the service at 4 p.m. Pastor Jerry Bruette officiated. Pfotenhauer Funeral Home assisted the family.u
