282. Maxine Mary⁵ Hemil (Margaret⁴ Mileski, Catherine³ Sobay, Mary² Todish, Martin¹) was born in Escanaba, Delta Cty, Michigan November 6, 1937. Maxine died October 1, 2001 in Milwaukee, Milwaukee Cty, WI, at 63 years of age. Her body was interred October 6, 2001 in Fassett Cemetery, Edgerton, Rock Cty, WI.

She married Ronald Schell in Milwaukee, Milwaukee Cty, WI, April 27, 1957. Janesville Gazette October 3, 2001 Schell, Maxine Mary Nov. 6, 1937 - Oct. 1, 2001 Delavan - Maxine Mary Schell, age 63 of 859 Comus Dr., died on Mon. Oct. 1, 2001, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Milwaukee. Maxine was born on Nov. 6, 1937, in Escanaba, the daughter of Anthony and Margaret (Mileski) Hemil. Maxine married Ronald Schell, April 27, 1957, in Milwaukee. Maxine was the secretary to the purchasing agent of Master Lock for many years. She and her husband retired to Delavan in 1998, where they became active members of Luther Memorial church. Maxine was also a member of Delavan Lioness's Sec of TOPS, a volunteer at Willowfield Nursing Home, and a volunteer at the Food Pantry for the Poor. Maxine is survived by her husband, Ronald of Delavan; a daughter, Sue (Robert) Repech of Delavan; a son, Mike (Colette) Schell of Grafton; 4 grandchildren; and a sister Marge Gedwill of Warrenville, IL. She was preceded in death by a sister Rita; and her parents. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Sat. Oct. 6, 2001, at Luther Memorial Church, with the Rev. Gerald Petersen officiating. Burial will be in Fassett Cemetery, Edgerton. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to services to meet with the family. Memorials made to the Leukemia Society would be appreciated. The Betzer Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
