3. Anastacia (Daisy)² Udelhofen (Nicholas¹) was born in Dutch Hollow, Grant Cty, WI December 8, 1877. Anastacia died June 26, 1958 at 80 years of age.

She married Horatio Almon Cardey in Platteville, Grant Cty, WI, October 7, 1896. Horatio was born in Hurricane Corner, Grant Cty, WI March 6, 1870. Horatio died January 15, 1962 in Modesto, Stanislaus Cty, CA, at 91 years of age.

Anastacia (Daisy) Udelhofen and Horatio Almon Cardey had the following children:

21 i. Lyman Alvis³ Cardy (living status unknown).

22 ii. Pearle Elizabeth Cardy was born in Darlington, Lafayette Cty, WI February 6, 1900. Pearle died October 11, 1983 in Stanislaus Cty, CA, at 83 years of age. She married twice. She married James T Sanders. She married Malcolm Hansen in Selma, Fresno Cty, CA, December 24, 1916.

23 iii. Bessie May Cardy was born in Hawthorn, Douglas Cty, WI January 1, 1903. Bessie died July 4, 1967 in Chico, Butte Cty, CA, at 64 years of age. She married Clyde Allison February 6, 1926.

+ 24 iv. Gladys Irene Cardy (still alive).

25 v. Leonard Elmer Cardey was born in Gordon, Douglas Cty, WI February 12, 1907. Leonard died October 31, 1989 in Stanislaus Cty, CA, at 82 years of age. He married twice. He married Barbara Messinger. He married Lula Taggert in Carson City, NV, April 28, 1966. Lula was born in IL March 12, 1897. Lula died February 16, 1976 in San Bernardino Cty, CA, at 78 years of age.

+ 27 vii. Maude Ann Cardy was born November 9, 1911.

+ 28 viii. Pauline Isabell Cardy was born November 2, 1914.
