Now, enter in all the information you wrote down earlier, and then click connect.  If all goes well, in a few moments folders should appear on the right hand column.  Congradulations, you are conneted to the xbins server.  To nagivate, just click on the folders and files, and when you want a file transfered to your pc, simple click it drag it over to the left hand column.
Now, click on the flashing tab and you will be taken to a new irc window.  Here, you can read your necessary username and password to ftp to the xbins server.  Also, notice the address of distribution.xbins.org.  You will need all this information to ftp to the server.  Next, write down all that information and open up flash fxp.  Click the lighting bolt at the top towards the middle and select "Quick Connect".
Once downloaded, open up MIRC, and you will be presented with an options dialog box.  First select servers on the left hand bar.  Then, go to where it says IRC server, and select "EFnet: random server".  Go back to the left hand bar and select the top option, "Connect".  Fill in any old username, name, and email address you wish.  It doesn't matter whatsoever.  Now, hit the button that says "Connect to Server".  You may have to wait a few moments while it finds a server to connect to.  Once it's done, a box will pop up for you to select a channel.  In the entry box at the top, type "#xbins".  Hit enter and you will be taken to the xbins irc channel.  At the input box at the bottom, type "/msg xbins !list"  Wait a few moments and a tab should begin flashing at the top of your irc window.
Many files necessary for xbox modding can be found on the Xbins irc channel.  What is IRC?  IRC stands for Internet Relay Chat, and is a way to transfer files from different people across the net.  For this tutorial, we will be using the #xbins channel of the irc.  To do this, first we will need an irc client.  The best one out currently is MIRC.

We will also be using Flash FXP to ftp the files from xbins to your pc.  You may already have Flash FXP from an earlier tutorial.
