1911 Weapon System Resource

This resource site is developed from my experience with the 1911 weapon system over 25 years of operation, to include bullseye and national level I.P.S.C. competition. Real world experience includes uniformed patrol, plain clothes duty and tactical team operation with a 1911 pistol at my side. Full time law enforcement (LE) training includes firearms, shoot house and tactical instruction certifications. I regularly provide training to local, state and federal officers on the 1911 platform as well as most major LE weapon systems.

I've built and tweaked many 1911 pistols over the years with favorites starting from Colt® and Springfield Armory® base guns. I believe in no-nonsense, hard use 1911 weapon systems.
