But as of 7/20/97, you should be hearing the music shown below play on your speakers as you enter this room!... that is, once you wait for the MIDI file to download, and if this works in your browser, and if I don't know what else... I cannot verify that this works with browsers other than IE 3.02 and Netscape Gold 3.01 ...

But what I hope to have here, eventually, is an ActiveX control where you can literally compose your own music and/or listen to - and watch - the music files play. Of course, to do this I will have to make some music files available here, but I'm holding back on doing that because I would rather figure out how to make music composition files (scores) availabe...

For now, this is my picture of what it will look like once I figure out how to really put a music score here and let you manipulate it interactively...

The picture on the left was generated by the $39 NoteWorthy Composer, software that lets you create, modify, and play back musical scores - including lyrics - which you can watch scroll by as the music plays. In this example I took a Beatles song and added my own Lyrics, just for fun!
