This was one of the first songs I 'created' using The NoteWorthy Composer.

Starting with a well-known hymn — “This Is My Father's World” — which I carefully albeit only partially input using the mouse note by note, I then substituted these lyrics primarily as an exercise in learning to use The Composer. I also experimented a bit with using “different” instruments even though no real musician would ever have chosen these ones. In this form and completed just in the nick of time for Valentine's Day, I presented it to my sweetie on Friday, February 14^th, 1997.

I actually produced several versions of this song — one of which is (for now) in this collection, as is the follow-on 1997 Valentine which makes this one look like the child's play that it was.
