About Hollis Cal Ripken Baseball:

Hollis Cal Ripken is a non-profit organization providing structured baseball to youth of Hollis between the ages of 8 and 12. Hollis Cal Ripken is a Chartered member of Cal Ripken Baseball. Cal Ripken Baseball is a division of Babe Ruth Baseball.

Our league is dedicated to teaching baseball skills while our children enjoy playing the game with their friends.  The mission statement, which Cal Ripken Baseball has adopted, is the following:

Develop a strong, clean, healthy body, mind and soul.  
Develop a strong urge for sportsman-like conduct.  
Develop understanding of and respect for the RULES.  
Develop courage in defeat, tolerance and modesty in victory.  
Develop control over emotions and speech.  
Develop spirit of cooperation and team play.  
Develop into real, true CITIZENS.
