1.    Pick up the pizza (weeknights at 5:00 pm / Saturdays at 11:45) before scheduled game time at Christopher’s.  There will be no pizza for Saturday 9:00 AM games)

1A. The concession stand will be open for 9:00 AM Saturday morning games.

2.   Coaches will open concession stand, they have a key. You may require assistance of a second adult to help open the window. Other parents or coaches are always willing to help.

3.   During cool weather, you should make coffee to have available. Water, coffee, and cream or milk will be in the refrigerator, sugar will be in the stand.

4.    Prices and heating instructions are posted on the wall in the stand.

5.    Check refrigerator for rolls and hotdogs. Extra hotdogs are in the freezer and can be defrosted in the refrigerator if less than 2 packages are thawed.

6.   Please restock the cooler with cold drinks if necessary.

7.    If pizza is left over at the end of the night, whole pizzas may be sold to parents or coaches for $5.00 per pizza.

8.    At the end of your shift, please do not leave the concession stand until all games have been completed and you have confirmed with your coach that he is going to lock up the stand.

9.  Please be sure that all cardboard trash (pizza boxes, soda boxes etc…) is piled neatly behind        the candy wall.  Do not put cardboard in trash barrels (this is very important to the DPW Guys).
