***NEW FOR 2007***
All New and Returning Players are required to attend Assessments.

Assessments will be at the Hampshire Dome in Milford.

Player Assessments will be divided into 2 sessions:

• Assessment for Majors will be on Monday, March 12 from 6-8pm (Hampshire Dome)
      This assessment is for all new and returning players who signed up to play or be evaluated for Majors this Spring.

• Assessments for Minors will be on Wednesday, March 14 from 6-8pm (Hampshire Dome)
    This assessment is for all new and returning players who signed up to play or be evaluated for Minors this Spring.

Remember that the players league age is whatever their age is on April 30th 2007. That is their official age for the season regardless if their birth date is during the season.

All players in Cal Ripken, regardless of age, must attend assessments to allow the league to attempt to distribute the players evenly across all teams.

After the assessments, the coaches will meet together to come to a consensus on players assessments and to place players appropriately. Players will be notified within a week of their placement. 

• All players who requested Majors and do not get placed in Majors will be notified and will be placed in Minors. 
  
• All players who requested Minors and do not get placed in Minors will be notified and will be placed in Rookie League.
