:Not everyone
realizes that they can sit in their house and be part of a network.
Microsoft is trying to have this realized and it is possible. If
you share any of my interests and want to take part in
working an learning, here is the opportunity for you to take part. You can
be a lurker, or active, short term or long term, dedicated or just peeking
around. We can work together here as well as through email. If you go to
your desktop and double click "My Network," you may be surprised if
you're been active in the groups at Microsoft. Yahoo may be even more
popular and has certain advantages, like the Yahoo Chat. I do jump in and out of various discussions, here would be what I would call my real network. You are most welcome to take part with me. You probably will have to register before you can take part. Yahoo registration also means that you can chat... it's the same name and password, which you must keep track of. I use the same name and password as much as I can. Other than that, registering is an easy process and gives you an opening to endless possibilities, either with me or without me. My major discussion groups are on Yahoo, but Microsoft is almost the same, just a tiny difference in detail. |

Still's disease (Yahoo) I can be so happy to say that I was originally founder of this group, so it's very dear to me, and it really is a wonderful place for me, and I often sign my messages "Love" -- I do.
Carduelid Finches (Yahoo) Here I am a moderator, but the owner has left me holding the bag, which I hold happily.
Mensa2 (Yahoo) I don't go here often, but I should.
Segway Open (Yahoo) A much more active an full group is on a different, but really nice forum set up. You will have to register, I think, but that's where the Segway scoop is. it's here:::: Segway forum and chat
Evolving Thought (Yahoo) I should go here more often, also, but the other networks are taking my time. A very interesting place, though.
