Golden Cheesies

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups Flour (Regular, Instant Blending, or Self-Rising)
1 cup soft butter
1 cup sour cream
seasoned salt
seasoned pepper
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
paprika
Cooking temperature: 350°F
Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
Instructions:
1) Combine flour, butter, and sour cream in mixing bowl;
mix well. Divide into 4 portions. Wrap in plastic wrap; chill until firm.
2) Roll out dough, 1/4 at a time, on well-floured surface to a 12 x 6-inch
rectangle. Sprinkle each lightly with seasoned salt and pepper,
then with 3/4 cup of cheese. Starting with 12-inch side, roll up in
jelly roll fashion. Seal edges and ends. Place, seam-side down, on
an ungreased cookie sheet. Using a sharp knife, cut rolls half-way
through at 1-inch intervals. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350°F
for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
