We received our last backordered parts (tubular LCAs, Mk III hood, and Fuel Safe cage over the Christmas holidays.  Hopefully we will have a roller by the end of January...hopefully.

We ordered our Roadster on Monday, January 5, 2004.  Pickup date was 05/07/2004.

Here's the plan:

  • Minimal Donor Build
  • Independent Rear Suspension with Pin Drive
  • 17" Trigo Wheels (Halibrand replicas)
  • 302 EFI from Ford Motorsports
  • Tremec 3550 5-speed Transmission
  • GT-40 Heads/Upper/Lower Intake
  • Powerdyne Supercharger (6#)
  • Sube Cobra Classic Seats (I got the Street Performers with the kit for the possibility of a different look later)
  • Custom Blue with White Stripes

Basically going for a power-laden weekend driver.  I would also like to add air conditioning down the road (after I get a Whitby's soft top).
