If you would like to try the free Edrawing viewer from Solidworks click the 48 ounce.htm file below and follow the installation instructions.  Once installed you will be able to zoom, rotate, & pan the Solidworks 3D models from your web browser. Edrawings is also able to directly open and view Solidworks models and drawings, DXF and DWG (AutoCad files).  This is a excellent tool for non technical people to view parts without having to access the primary design software.   This may take a few minutes to download initially but after that drawings will load very quickly.
