Tooling Types:

Conventional Aluminum and Zinc Casting dies
For 100 ton, to over 3500 ton Die Casting Machines

Vacuum Assist Casting Dies
Turner, OMC, Buehler, Or your company standard. 

Auto-Degate Zinc Casting Dies
For 20 to 100 ton Diecast machines.
2 or 4 plate Ejection systems. These tools do not require a secondary trim operation.

Miniature Zinc Multislide Casting Dies
Techmire or Dynacast Type, 2 to 5 Slides (or more).
If you have a "special" machine we will design to your specifications.
