The "Foster and Grantt Morning
Show" was the longest running successful morning
radio program in Huntsville, Alabama history.
Spanning from January
1987 to December 1992,the antics of Karen Foster and Tom Grantt filled
the Huntsville airwaves with such characters as Harry Tyler Moore,
Paula Pigskin, Marvin the local homeless man and more.
Unfortunately, F & G were removed from the air in December 1992
as the station in which they were working "cleaned house", replacing
all the on-air talent. No public mention was ever made about what
happened to Karen and Tom. They seemingly just disappeared.
Even though their on-air
demise happened
many years ago, people in the area still remember the radio duo with
