Some news from the forums -
New Teamspeak status/join widget on main site. the old one was getting wonky and only worked 1/2 the time I'm working on one of my own but it's not ready for prime time. the new one I found is pretty good but when you use the join it's prompting you for nick so you will be joined as guest. working on a fix for that but at least it gives good info on status and who's on etc without being down 1/2 the time

I kept hitting the left windows key in BF3 when i was trying to hit Z to go prone. as you know this has the effect of putting the game into a window and popping up the start menu on the desktop. this also has the effect of getting you killed most of the time while trying to switch back into the game. I looked into how to turn it off. well the only solution I found was to put a entry in the registry with regedit that maps the windows key to null or off. I made these reg files to do the mapping and un-mapping easily. I just run with it off all the time the right windows key still works with this fix so if I need it its still there on the right but the left is no longer mistakenly pressed
To disable the left windows key on your keyboard run the Disable Left Windows Key reg file. It will add an entry into your registry that will disable the left widows key. it will be disabled after the next reboot and will not function untill you run the enable left windows ket reg file.
Note: you must run these as administrator on you PC.

Copy the code below and paste it into notepad. the save it to your desk top as XYZ.txt now rename the zyx.txt file to xzy.reg ansewr yes to the "are you sure?" popup. then run the reg file as administrator.
