| Nashville's
first crime scene reconstruction animations were admitted in February of
1999. Attorney Glenn Funk wrote “As you can see from the enclosed newspaper
article, the video animation you prepared for me made quite an impact in
this trial. I believe the animation helped to enhance my client’s testimony
to the jury of voluntary manslaughter, instead of the second degree murder
originally charged. The lesser conviction may save my client 15 years of
his life.”
As regards the adjacent scene, attorney
Phyllis Miller of Gwinnett County, Georgia wrote “I believe that the
video animation you prepared, depicting the crime scene and the possible
scenarios in my recent murder case, was instrumental in my being able to
