1991, before animations admissibility was common in court, TETRA-funded
research generated over 70 admissibility papers and articles. TETRA pioneered
animations acceptability by making these materials available to attorneys
and judges for preparing briefs. Additionally, Scott Taylor, C.D.P., funded
and taught 32 CLE programs to law firms throughout South Carolina. Scott
has been qualified as an expert witness in federal, state, magistrate,
and criminal courts.
