Animation Admissibility, Expert Testimony, & Articles

In 1991, before animations admissibility was common in court, TETRA-funded research generated over 70 admissibility papers and articles. TETRA pioneered animations acceptability by making these materials available to attorneys and judges for preparing briefs. Additionally, Scott Taylor, C.D.P., funded and taught 32 CLE programs to law firms throughout South Carolina. Scott has been qualified as an expert witness in federal, state, magistrate, and criminal courts.
