Competition Season
Our first meet is just
around the corner. It is important to remember that meet
fees are due to the host gym a month prior to the
competition. Sign up sheets will be posted in the lobby.
Payment must be made at the time you sign up. Checks are
to me made out to TPA and can be placed in the drop box
in the lobby. If you would like for the meet fees to be
taken out of your child's account please write that
beside your child's name on the sign up sheet. Please
ensure that your child has enough money in their account
to cover the fees or they will not be registered for the
meet. There is a tentative schedule out and posted on
the Triple T website or you can click on the
competitions button to the left of this page.
It is
strongly recommended for all level 4-7 Gymnasts attend
Open Gym to work on tumbling skills and bars. This time
is included as part of your tuition so there is no
additional fee - However, you must sign your child IN
and OUT on the team Open Gym Sheet in the office.

Judges Cup
The Judges Cup will take
place in February. However, due to the size of this
meet, and limited number of teams allowed to
participate, registration for Judges Cup will
begin November 1st. This meet is covered by the TPA for
all members in good standing but you still must sign up
if your child wishes to participate.

Board Meeting
The next Board meeting is
scheduled for 16 January at 7:00 - 8:00 pm. Parents
are welcome to attend.
Parents Meeting
The next parents meeting is
scheduled for 18 October at 7:15 pm.

Fundraisers
Worlds Finest
Chocolate Bars - We are currently selling
candy bars. All proceeds
will be used to pay meet fees. We have scheduled
several Group Sales at various locations.
Additionally, individuals may sell candy bars
door to door, at work etc. to earn additional
money to pay for their child's meet fees. It is
our hope that with a little effort on everyone's
part that all meet fees will be covered.
nTelos Concerts
- The concert season was a great success. We
earned $8,227.93 to be used to support the team.
Thank you to all of the friends and family who
supported us this concert season!
Now is the time to
start thinking about the $700+ dollar tuition
for the International Gymnastics Camp in
Pennsylvania.

Fundraisers are a chance to earn membership
points, and raise money for the team's general
fund as well as your personal account.
This money can be used to pay meet fees, buy
stuff from the Pro Shop, and pay for Camp Fees.
This money cannot be used to pay class tuition.
Profits from fundraisers are split between the
General Fund and the participating members'
personal accounts (A participating member is
anyone earning at least $50 for the General
Fund). Your first 3 qualifying fundraisers
are split 50%-50%. Any additional
qualifying fundraiser is a 25%-75% split (75% of
profits go to individual accounts) All nTelos
Concerts are a 50%-50% split.
