| APRIL 5, 2003 | Kyle participated in
three of the four nights of swimming and Brian
participated in all four nights at Sedalia Middle School in March and
they have been checked off for 2nd class and 1st class swimming
requirements. Wayne attended two of the nights and Lance and Chris R.
came on the last night and were checked off on some of the items. A
special thanks goes to Tim and Chris I. for helping with the
life guarding and by leading the boys through the nights. Another
special thanks goes out to the parents who took the time to bring the
boys to the swimming nights.

The photos in the C.O.P.E. and February/March sections
of the Troop 54 website were contributed by Mr. Dexter, and Mr.
McAllister. Thanks to the both of you. Additionally, a
much bigger THANK YOU goes out to Mr. Neu. Without his photos of the
2003 Winter Encampment, we would be relegated to personal memories
of the Boy's accomplishments and continued shoulder shrugs from our
