In the spring of 1999 Willie purchased a Bronco and started making plans to upgrade this truck. He first applied the cammo Zolotone paint, then it was off to Eddie house to install the extended radius arms. During this time I prepared the front and rear differentials, transmission, clutch, brakes, and lift. Willie left his home in Houston TX. on 4/8/99 arrived at my house in Atlanta, GA. on 4/9/99. We worked like crazy for the next 10 days installing all of the parts the we thought would make a well built off-road Bronco. When Willie left my house on 4/18/99 he was full of joy and could not wait to get his Bronco out on the trails. Here are some pictures of his Bronco on 4/17/99 we took it out for the first time to see how it was going to handle.

The morning of 4/25/99 I got a call from my parents telling me that Willie had been killed. I asked how could this happen to a man that was so alive and good hearted? It turns out that Willie had taken the Bronco out for a evening cruise up a rural highway, when a DRUNK DRIVER ran a stop sign and hit the Bronco in the passenger side and the Bronco proceeded to roll 4.5 times ejecting Willie out of his seat belt. Willie was killed instantly. I beg you not to drink and drive!! So I put up some photos to show you what can happen when people DRINK and DRIVE!!!!
