Bee's Best

The Bees Best Honey Company is my family and my bees.

Nobody outside my wife, myself and my children have anything to do with my honey. No one else so much as touches it. And the 100 or so bee hives I have are all in San Luis Obispo County, and I accept no other honey besides what my bees share with me.

Most of my hives are located on orchards, like avocado, lemon and apples, but I have hives in peoples back yards, and even a couple in town. My goal is to get a mixture of honey from various parts of this county, and harvest it every couple of weeks. So when you are buying Bees' Best, it is probably quite current, and tastes differently during different times of the year. Sometimes is is mostly mustard, sometimes eucalyptus, or sage, or apple, but it is usually mixed liberally with whatever is blooming within a half mile or so of my bee hives.

We also do bee removal and pollination, but only within San Luis Obispo County.
