This recipe has been a family favorite for several generations.
It's very moist and delicious!

Banana Nut Bread          Banana Bread

Ingredients One Loaf Two Loaves Three Loaves

Flour
Baking powder
Salt
Soda
Oleo
Sugar
Eggs
vanilla
milk
walnuts
mashed ripe banana

Combine dry ingredients & set aside. Not sugar.
In large bowl cream oleo, sugar & egg. In that order.
Add milk & vanilla. Mix well.
Add in flour mixture and nuts. Mix
Gently fold in banana by hand.
Pour in greased loaf pans ¾ full.

Bake 350* for 1 hour or until butter knife comes out clean.
For muffins bake 375-400* for 15-20 min.
