This recipe has been a family favorite for several generations.
It's very moist and delicious!
Banana Nut Bread

Flour |
2 cups 1 1/2 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp ½ cup 1 1/3 cup 2 1 tsp ¼ Cup 1 Cup 1 ¾ cup |
4 cups 1 tbs 2 tsp 2 tsp 1 cup 2 2/3 cup 4 2 tsp ½ Cup 2 Cup 3 ½ cup |
6 cups 4 1/2 tsp 1 tbs 1 tbs 1 ½ cup 4 cup 6 1 Tbs 3/4 Cup 3 Cup 5 ¼ cup |

Combine dry ingredients
& set aside. Not sugar. In large bowl cream oleo, sugar & egg. In that order. Add milk & vanilla. Mix well. Add in flour mixture and nuts. Mix Gently fold in banana by hand. Pour in greased loaf pans ¾ full. Bake
350* for 1 hour or until butter knife comes out clean. |
