these two ingredients together. (Reserve ¼ Cup)
Spread mixture over the bottom of a 9x13 pan |

| 1/8 Cup | powdered
sugar |
| Small | Cool Whip |

Beat
until smooth- set aside
|

| Second Topping | |
| 1 Large | Chocolate Instant Pudding - Mix as directed |
|
Alternate layer 1 then layer 2 Repeat Sprinkle with the Oreo Cookie crumb mixture that you set aside earlier. |
