This recipe is very moist and delicious!

Rhubarb Nut Bread

1 ½ Cup Brown Sugar
   2/3 Cup Oil
1     Egg
1     Cup Sour Milk
         (1 C. milk + 1 Tbsp. Vinegar)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 ½ Cup Flour
2 ½ Cup diced fresh rhubarb
   ½ Cup chopped nuts. (Optional)
Stir ingredients in order listed.
Pour into two greased bread pans.
Sprinkle w/ cinnamon & sugar

 

       Bake 325* for 40-50 Min.
