Inappropriate attire and camp gear will ot be tolerated.
There's firewood for gathering. Bring your own water.
There will be no organized shoot, but the archery and shooting ranges will be open.
Potluck and BBQ midweek.
Directions: From Oroville take 162 East to Forbestown Rd. Turn right. In Forbestown at the
General Store, turn right onto New York Flat Rd. Take this road across the creek
and onto dirt to Gate 52.
From Marysville or Grass Valley take Hwy 20 to Marysville Rd. to Brownsville.
Shortly past the harware store, take a left onto New York Flat Rd. to Gate 52.

This rendezvous is held annually on the original site of the 1838 rendezvous, which is kept in its original, undeveloped state. Water and wood are available at the camp, which is located one half mile from town. There is plenty of shooting, hawk'n'knife contests, dutch oven cooking contests and nightly entertainment.
This is a family rendezvous and is well attended. Come, join the fun!!

Hawk and knife throw, rifle paper and rifle trail walk, pistol paper and pistol trail walk.
Also a pee wee shot and long gong shoot. Blanket prize worth $15.
.50 Cal Hawken rifle will be raffled.
Fees: $10 for single $15 for family or $5 per event.
