General Terms & Conditions
We offer a 10 day satisfaction and health guarantee. Vail Reptiles guarantees all of our animals to be disease free and in good health, free of parasites both internal and external. All animals sold by Vail Reptiles are guaranteed to be feeding on the prey item specified. In the case of animals heterozygous for a particular trait, the genetics will be guaranteed and be accompanied by photo documentation.
We are a FedEx certified reptile shipper. Animals shipped by Vail Reptiles will be packed in reptile appropriate insulated packaging with heat or cool packs when needed. All live animal shipments are shipped overnight and live arrival is guaranteed. To qualify for the guarantee someone must be present to sign for the package and the animal must be moved to the appropriate environmental conditions right away. Any issues regarding the condition of the animal must be brought to our attention.
