Differential Lubrication Pump

I have gotten several emails from folks who have been wondering what I have done to conquer the Kelmark lubrication problem.  So here ya go, an explaination of what I have done.

I fabbed up a new top cover out of 1/2" aluminum, cut with a plasma cutter.  Then I had 3 ports drilled into the top, and fitted them with barbed fitting connectors.  A similar connector was tapped into the bottom of the differential.

Then 3/8" Rubber hose was used to plumb the lube lines up to the electric pump.

This is the pump I am using, I got it from Northern Equipment, it is said to be able to flow any liquid at 1.0 GPM, just enough to keep the gears lubed.  I used this setup for 1000 miles this summer and haven't had any problems with it.
