After i installed nvidia drivers while using and Intel card witch of coruse caused X not to work I looked through the man page and found if you delete the config file it fixes the problem it also fix the other problem i was having with my 3d you may wish to backup or keep the current file xorg.config.backup

How to Burn and run an iso file
In order to burn an ISO file, you need several things before you begin. Checklist 1. An ISO file you compiled or downloaded 2. A CD, or DVD, burner 3. A blank CD or DVD 4. A program to burn with Steps 1. First make sure that you have a burning app, for Windows some include Sonic, ISO Recorder, Nero. 2. Download the ISO file onto your computer, the mode you need to use would eather say burn ISO to disk or burn Image (eather one works) 3. Burn the file to the CD or DVD 4. Restart your computer, with CD or DVD in the drive and enter your computer's boot menu (different for each make)
