* All advertising Rates are subject to change at any time.
* No adult advertisements, NO fake ‘operating system messages’ and keep it clean, this blog seen of all ages.
* Once payment is made and the advertisement is published, there are no refunds, however if there is an issue, I will try to resolve it via email or phone.

* Renewals are sent out by email "advertising renewal" about 15-20 days before expiration date, if the advertiser wants to renew or doesn't want to renew, they can email me and let me know, if renewing, ask for the renewal price which is current rate, if not, just tell me no thank you and the ad will be removed on expiration date.
* If renewing, Please ask for my current PayPal email address before sending payment, it has changed.
* If an ad is renewed, it doesn't matter the date money is sent including the expiration date, expiration date will extend by duration purchased (most likely 12 months.)
* If an advertisement is not renewed for any reason, the ad will be removed after 6PM EST on expiration date.
