Paper Airplanes
We all came this way and we've got no one to blame
But ourselves for all this twisted old mess we seem to find ourselves wrapped-up in
Tangled in deceit from the bottoms of our feet
To well over our heads drowning in the beds that we had made
Willing to do anything that just may get us laid
Favors granted by enchanted delights of the flesh
Overload on chance encounters can't be measured as success
And all the rest of the second best
Yet shall get a chance for song and dance
Too much to get along
I don't want to be the someone to do somebody wrong
Reasons abound and excuses are thrown around
Like paper airplanes flying insane
Descending to the ground so bravely
Equations can't be given that will reduce the times we live
To produce a fine example of our dim collective vision
And we're still hoping paper airplanes avoid mid-air collisions
