Visitors and contributors to the Cabal come from all parts of the political spectrum (I'm easily the biggest lefty of the bunch), which we feel gives us some insight into the world of politics. (BTW, though I love the links that Privateer454, Skinner300, BushPilotII and others send me, I wish they'd contribute text and opinion as well. I've made the offer several times, and am happy to publish...) Anyway, given the credentials outlined above, imagine our suprise when we found out that some bunch of knuckleheads decided that Detroit is the most liberal city in the US. Detroit! What about San Francisco, Austin, Berkeley? Nope, Detroit. Well, Detroit does have all the unions, and the Detroit Electronic Music Festival - and nothing says liberal like union activists and X-dropping rave hippies. We'll probably never hear the end of this from Heavy C over at The Lazy Eye. So close you can almost taste it Only 24 more days till the Virginia Tech football season starts. College football!!! I can't wait.
