Pulled off another one.
This one was a little tougher, but VT pulled it off.

Next week Georgia Tech comes to town. Each week keeps getting tougher, and everyone wonders when this young VT team will crack. I'm not sure myself. At the beginning of season, I would have guessed that VT was an 8-4 team. Seeing how weak the rest of the ACC seems to be this year, that number could change. 10-2? Run the table? Still 8-4? I'm just not sure anymore.
Interesting tidbit I heard on the Hokie Hotline radio show last night: As of today, only one team in college football has 4 wins over BCS conference teams this season. That team: Wake Forest. UConn and 'Cuse (Big East), Duke (ACC), and Ole Miss (SEC). Weird.

Go Owls
Poor Temple. They're so bad, sports books might stop taking bets on their games. (via Fark)

Michigan
The M Zone noticed something interesting about Michigan cheerleaders. Hail to the Soccer Moms indeed.

It's a conspiracy
EDSBS pointed out that ESPN's Game Day seemed to be picking a second tier game two weeks ago when they went to USC/Nebraska instead of Auburn/LSU or another game. Could it be the fact that the USC/Nebraska game was a ABC matchup, and Game Day seemed to be selling out its tradition of going to the best game in the name of corporate synergy. Later, Chris Folwer sort of copped to it. Be sure to look for cameos by The Family Circus and Cthulu

Oklahoma
Oklahoma fans are still crying about the Oregon game. They're worse than Seahawks fans. The Wizard of Odds points out teh crazy.
