Weather Script Bug History

The latest version fixes a problem the weather alert  message  using  ACTIVE_PLAY=FALSE and dropping audio when connected to a node during a weather alert. (W7GMC - Ken, found this one; thanks!)

Fixed a problem with metar2text file.  Now used CALL_SPACED in the wx_scripts.conf file for callsign information.

Fixed email variable in getWxSkywarn script. Now uses wx_scripts.conf file for Email information.

Fixed CALL_SPACED export variable issue in the wx_scripts.conf file.

- Updated Documentation and included html for web page.
- Fixed issue with ZONE_FOR variable, should be ZONE (getWxFor).
- Removed the dependency of the ST and DT variables from the wx_scripts.conf file.
- Updated proto file (Fixed rpm update problem with wxtext_conv.sed).
- Fixed the log messages for the alerts, clean up some of the scripts using
  the ZONE variable. Updated rpm proto files for next release version.
- Added Zone header to forecast (getWxFor).
-Merged wx_script_zone branch changes r17:30 into the trunk.

- Install, checks for old wxalert_conv.sed file and renames it (upgrade)
- Added "clearWxAlerts" script clear locks and clean up.
- Added information on new script to docs.
- Removed the debug saved file: full_conv_alert.txt, not needed.
- Fixed installation problem with rpm and dot_festival file; installed in
  wrong directory.
- Fixed playWxRpt_ug to include customwav settings.
- Fixed error with newer CentOS5.1 and swift 5.1.0 audio files, force rate using swift.
  Added Option (-p audio/encoding=ulaw,audio/sampling-rate=8000) - Info from KB2EAR
- Fixed installation problem with rpm and dot_festival file; installed in
  wrong directory.
- Fixed typo in wx_scripts.conf file ("$TEXT2SPEECH" = "cepstral").
- Fixed typos in configure file, EXPORT voice info, and removed directory
  $WXALERT_SPOOLDIR/saved, not needed.

- Added wx alert disable/enable scripts/docs.
- Fixed issue with turning off messages during time loops.
- Added no_wxalert_msg file check, remove if found when starting new alert.
- Fixed minor problems with playWxAlertBg.
- Added file check to prevent wx alert messages from outputing (quiet mode).
- Fixed issue with inital weather alert messages overlapping.
- Added aditional messages to the log file.
- Fixed checking for activity when not connected to other nodes.
