  • Leadership Development. Bose Corp. Developed and Taught the company's first Leadership Development Program. An 18 month "soft skills" leadership course customized from the Dooley Leadership Learning Forum model. Delivered the first 18 month cycle, off site, 3 full days, every other month, to fifteen IS and Finance fast track managers. 1995-1996.
  • Facilitation Skills Training. Bose Corp. 1 Day Course, part of Bose Management Training and TQ Training curriculums; offered internally through HR. Developed the course and taught it on demand. Approximately 3-4x per year. 1993-1996.
  • Computer Programming. Arthur Andersen Education Center, St. Charles, Ill. Taught 3 week long course to new consultants twice: 1982 and 1983. Developed the school's core dump reading process - for reading and debugging hexadecimal.
  • Partner Training. Arthur Andersen & Co. Led a 4 person team, working closely with Firm Senior Partners, in creating a Partner Training Course (meant to groom senior managers chosen for Partner). A 3 day course. Developed in Chicago, 1984.
  • Total Quality Training. Bose Corp. As a certified TQ Advisor and leader of the Total Quality Advisory Resource, taught and facilitated continuous improvement teams in Total Quality tools and methods. Including:
               - 7 Step WV Model of Problem Solving  -  Language Processing / Semantics 
               - Affinity Diagrams (KJ)  -  Multi Pick Method  - Tree Diagrams
