Wm. F. Kussel Jr. is a 1979 graduate of St. Norbert College and a 1984 graduate of Southwestern University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in California, Minnesota, Wisconsin, the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He served as the Tribal Prosecutor for the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin from January 1986 to January 1992. He was the Program Attorney for the Menominee Indian Tribe from 1992 until he was temporarily assigned as full-time Legal Counsel to the Menominee Tribal Gaming Commission where he is worked on regulatory issues involving Indian Gaming. In April 2002, he was appointed as the Tribal Prosecutor and worked in that capacity until January 2007 when he was hired as the Director of Legal Services for the Menominee Tribe and is currently serving in that capacity.
