The Frankfort Duplicate Bridge Club New Facility
committee met today for the final time. After a full review of several
topics the committee made several decisions.
First it was determined that since we are no longer
located in Frankfort a name change was in order. Several choices were discussed
with Crystal Bridge Club being selected as our new name.
Second it was determined that since our new location
will cost more in terms of monthly rent there is a need to increase game
fees. The decision was made to raise the game fees for both games to be
consistent with other clubs in the area. Therefore beginning with the January 5,
2012 novice game and the January 9, 2012 stratified open pairs game we will
be raising the per game per person fee to five dollars.
Thanks again to all of you for being so patient as
we worked our way though this change. Also many thanks to everyone that helped
pack up and load and unload everything this past Monday.
