Ingredients:
1 Stick Butter (softened)
1 Cup Sugar
4 Well Beaten Eggs
1 Cup Flour
1 Can Hershey's Syrup
Filler Frosting
1 Stick Butter (softened)
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp. Milk
1 1/2 Tsp. Peppermint Extract
Green Food Coloring
Top Frosting
1 cup Chocolate Chips
6 Tbsp. Butter
Procedure:
Cream together Butter and Sugar.
Add 4 eggs, well beaten, then flour
Add 1 can hersheys syrup and mix.
Bake @ 350 degrees in a 9x12 pan, 20-25 Minutes
Cool brownies.
Prepare Filler Frosting
Beat Frosting ingredients together. Spread on cooled brownies.
Put frosted brownies into the refridgerator to prepare for topping.
Top Frosting
In a heavy sauce pan, melt choc. chips and butter together until smooth.
Cool slightly, but not too long! Pour carefully over brownies. Return to fridge.
Serve cool, but not cold.
