Swedish Pancakse

As you would expect, sweet and no spices...yet tasty!

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1-1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter

Procedure:
Melt the butter and let it cool (so it doesn't cook the eggs later). Mix together the flour, sugar, and salt. Mix in the eggs and milk a little at a time. Mix in the butter.

Use a 400-degree griddle. Pour about a half-cup of batter per pancake. Spread the batter out on the grille so it's thin. They should be about 12 inches wide. Only flip once.

It's very important to have the griddle at 400-degrees!

To eat: butter one side, roll with your fork (butter-side in), eat with syrup.
