Registration is now Open for the Fall Season (September 20 - December 3). You may download the required forms on this site. Please print and fill out the form and bring with you to the pool or mail to the address provided on the form. Remember, there is a discount for early payment any time on or before registration night. Please fill out the Stingray Registration form, the medical form, the MSI athlete application (if necessary) and the Code of Conduct form.
Seasonal Stingray Registration Form Please complete the registration in its entirety. Include your e-mail address as this is our primary form of communication. You may use one form to register multiple swimmers. Medical Information Form Needs to be filled out when you have changes. If you have done this in the last year and the information has not changed, you do not have to do this again. Use one form per swimmer. 2010 MSI Athlete Application Use this form for the 2010/2011 Membership. Fill out one form for each swimmer. Code of Conduct Form Fill out one form for each swimmer.
Outstanding Balance Our policy is that all outstanding balances must be paid in full before a swimmer begins the season. If you have an outstanding balance or credit balance on your account, you will receive a statement. Club Fees Registration for each season takes place prior to the start of the season. Registration nights are posted on the clubs website and in the newsletter. Swimmers coming from another sport may register when the other sport is finished. However, all fees must be paid in full before the swimmer enters the water. The following fees apply. A 10% discount will be applied to families of multiple swimmers. The first swimmer is at regular price and each additional swimmer will be at a 10% discount. Seasonal - One season at a time paid in full by registration - fall, winter or spring - No monthly payments Stingrays $115.00 Minirays $85.00 (Discounted for early payment) After registration deadline Stingrays $125.00 Minirays $95.00. Partial Season - - One or two months of any season paid in full by registration - fall, winter, spring - No monthly payments Stingrays - $50.00/month Minirays $35/month (Discounted for early payment) Annual - All three seasons paid in full by fall registration: Stingrays - $315.00 Miniray- $230.00 No monthly payments Minnesota Swimming, Inc Registration (MSI) All swimmers must be registered with MSI before entering the water. No exceptions! We obtain our liability insurance through MSI, therefore every swimmer is required to register. This program is secondary to other primary insurance in place through the athlete's employment, school, and parents or family. Annual MSI registration is $55.00 for a full year membership (good thru 12/31). Swimmers will pay this registration fee in November for 2010. Seasonal (summer) MSI registration is $34.00 for the months of April-August only. The MSI fee for both annual as well as seasonal will be increasing one dollar a year through the year 2014. Building Maintenance Fee Willmar Public Schools charges the swim club $5.00 for each swimmer per year. This fee is kept low because our club manages and operates all home swim meets. Family Discount A 10% discount will be given to each additional swimmer in the family after the first swimmer has been paid at the regular price. Payments Due in full at the time of registration (Make checks payable to WARS). No monthly payments will be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Stingrays will require cash payment after two insufficient funds checks have been received. In addition, NSF fees will be charged. Credit/Refund policy The board has agreed to issue credits to accounts for long term health related issues. Credits will be honored up to one year. No refunds will be issued.
