cup parmesan or locatelli cheese (block)
Drain clams. In a large skillet, heat oil over flame.
Stir fry green onions and garlic 2 minutes. Move the skillet over hot coals,
stir in flour and milk mix. Add 1/2 Cup clam juice. Cook and stir until
slightly thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir one min. more. Add clams,
parsley, salt, basil and pepper, cook 2 minutes more. Add pasta and cheese
and toss. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
