DESCRIPTION OF HILDEGARDE'S HOUSE ON THE GOLF COURSE IN LOS OSOS Presently Hildegarde’s Housing has available a single-story two bedroom, two bath, one thousand square foot (+ or -)duplex located on the golf course in Los Osos, California. Los Osos is on the Pacific coast at the south end of Big Sur where Highway One ends at the town of Morro Bay. The unit is approximately twelve miles from Sierra Vista Medical Center and approximately sixteen miles from French Medical Center, both of which are located in the city of San Luis Obispo.
		This house fronts on an open space that leads to the bay-- a distance of approximately a quarter of a mile, while The Dunes and the Pacific Ocean are approximately a half to a three-quarter mile walk from the front door. Private, off street parking for two cars is also at the front door.
This is a very protected, private, and quiet location. There are direct views of Morro Rock, Morro Bay, and The Dunes from the kitchen, the dining, and the living room areas.
		The larger of the bedrooms has its own full size bath in the master bedroom suite. It has a painted iron double sized bed , a large vintage dresser and mirror, as well as an oversize closet, chairs and wall decorations.
The smaller bedroom has a maple dresser has a “gentleman’s mirror” on top. There is a desk and chair, as well as a large closet. At the present time, this second bedroom has a single sized bed, but that can be replaced with a double bed, or removed, should the need arise to use that room as an office.
		The second bedroom has a full-sized, tiled bathroom adjoining it.
The unit is wired for two phone lines, should a dedicated line be needed for computer use. The washer and dryer are located inside the unit in a closet that has additional storage. The fully equipped kitchen has an open counter which allows one to keep an eye on the sunsets while preparing a supper. There is a set of service for eight of Dansk dishes, crystal wine glasses, Libby tumblers and stainless tableware. The dining area has a Saarinen table and chairs. The living area is furnished with a contemporary sofa, upholstered, wing back chair and ottoman, tables, lamps and wall decorations. The base cost for this unit is $1,900 per month or $125 per night with a minimum of 2 nights or $750 for a 7 day week esident. The security deposit is $2,400, which is fully refundable, as the property will be left in the condition in which it was found. In addition there is a non-refundable basic cleaning cost of $150 when a resident vacates. The cost for an additional resident or pets is negotiable, depending upon the individual’s needs. Hildegarde’s Houses, however, are unable to accommodate snakes, ferrets or certain other exotics.
