Hildegarde's Housing

Presently Hildegarde’s Housing has available a three bedroom,
two bath, approximately 1100 square foot home located in Highland Ranch, some
fifteen minutes driving time from the medical centers in downtown Reno. 
The
house, built in 1994, has a two car attached garage. It is located at the end
of a private court in a pride-of-ownership neighborhood. This house is within
a forty minute drive to Lake Tahoe, which in the summer is a boating and swimming
mecca and in the winter boasts several excellent ski slopes. The entertainment
centers of both Reno and Tahoe are easily accessible.
The
master bedroom has its own private bathroom (full tub/shower combination), double
bed with end tables and lamps, comfortable easy chair, vintage dresser, mirror,
pictures and other wall decorations, as well as a large closet. The second bedroom
is set up with a double bed, dresser and mirrors, wall decorations, and vintage
table lamps. There is a full bathroom (shower and tub) off the adjacent hall.
The remaining bedroom has been set up as an office, with a fax machine, a working
desk with drawers, lamps, a bookcase, and plenty of electrical outlets. In the
closet of this office are an ironing board and iron.
The house has central heat and central air conditioning. The bedroom and the
living room have fan/lights, which allow cooling on those days too mild and
pleasant for air conditioning. The washer and dryer are new units inside a hallway
closet.
The
kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, lisnens, and stainless tableware.
The stove, refrigerator and dishwasher are new, as are the smaller appliances.
The dining area has a handsome wooden table and matching high back chairs. The
living room area is furnished with lamps, three reclining chairs, assorted tables,
and an entertainment center with television and video recorder.
The base cost for this unit is $1,800 per month for a single resident with a
minimum of one month’s stay required. The security deposit is $1,500,
which is fully refundable when the property is left in the condition in which
it was found. In addition there is a non-refundable basic cleaning cost of $150
when a resident vacates. The cost for an additional resident or for pets is
negotiable, depending upon the individual’s needs. Hildegarde’s
Houses, however, are unable to accommodate snakes, ferrets or certain other
exotics.
